We came to Roatan 3 years ago and found this diamond in the rough. We tackled everything that needed to be done to make this a comfortable home and a potential business. Life has changed for us and we know that we won't be the people to open the business, so we have put it up for sale.
We know it will be a perfect business space for someone, the cruise ship traffic turns right at our door to go to a very busy tourist attraction, Mayan Eden.
Uno Mas Roatan is a newly renovated business space that is already licensed to be a bar/restaurant. It is at the stage for someone to come in and give it the last final touches to make it their own.
